How to Get Started

2. Follow the on-screen instructions to verify your identity (you will just need a piece of photo ID, like a driving licence or passport).

3. Once verified, you are automatically linked to our surgery!

If you don't have photo ID, or if the app simply won't verify you, don't worry. Just pop into our reception desk with two forms of ID (one photo ID, and one proof of address like a recent utility bill). Our reception team can generate a secure Linkage Key and ODS Code for you. You can plug these codes directly into the app to bypass the automated video checks instantly!

Managing Health for a Loved One: Proxy Access

If you care for a child, an elderly relative, or someone who is unwell or struggles with technology, you can request Proxy Access (sometimes called a linked profile). using linked profiles to access services for someone else.

This allows you to securely log into your own NHS App or online account and switch to their profile to manage their health on their behalf.
